As a CNC Miller at the Madern Group, you work in a high-tech environment on fine mechanical components and special tooling. What we are looking for:

  • A completed technical education at MBO level 4 (e.g. machining or mechanical engineering) and/or relevant work experience
  • Experience with CAD/CAM or willingness to learn
  • Affinity with CNC milling and technology
  • Accuracy and a strong quality awareness
  • A flexible and proactive work attitude
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (with 18% shift allowance)
  • Familiarity with control systems such as Lang and Siemens, or willingness to be trained in them

About your role as a CNC Frezer

  • In this role, you are responsible for milling and engraving high-quality components
  • You work with great precision and contribute ideas on the optimal machining strategy
  • Within the team, you collaborate with colleagues across different machines
  • You ensure that orders are completed according to planning and quality requirements

Your responsibilities as a CNC Frezer

  • Milling and engraving fine mechanical components and tools
  • Machining cylinders with high accuracy (down to hundredths of a millimeter)
  • Creating holes, keyways, threaded holes, and pockets using a 4th axis
  • Engraving patterns in both hardened and soft materials
  • Working with CAD/CAM software (internal training available)
  • Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to efficient production planning
