About your role as an Afbramer (AJB Instrument B.V.)

As a Afbramer, you ensure that our products are finished to perfection. Using specialized tools, you carefully remove small imperfections and burrs from metal components. This work requires precision, patience, and a sharp eye, as every part must be thoroughly inspected. You work independently and follow established procedures. It is important that you work meticulously and do not overlook any details. After deburring, you will ensure that products are thoroughly cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaning machine so they are ready for the next stage of the production process.

Your responsibilities as an Afbramer (AJB Instrument B.V.)

  • Removing burrs and small imperfections from metal products.
  • Inspecting components for quality and finish.
  • Working carefully to prevent damage to products.
  • Following established work instructions and quality standards.
  • Cleaning products using an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
  • Identifying and reporting irregularities or deviations in products.
  • Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
  • Contributing to an efficient and high-quality production process.
