We are seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to strengthen our team. This key role acts as the link between our customers, service engineers, and the engineering department—making sure that customer concerns are handled professionally, and that technical expertise is always close at hand. You will act as the first point of contact for machine failures and line modifications, maintaining close communication with customers—primarily remotely, and occasionally on-site. Your role is to ensure that service requests are processed efficiently, technical issues are resolved promptly, and customer satisfaction is consistently high. In addition, you will participate in the consignment service rotation, taking part in providing telephone support and technical guidance to customers, ensuring reliable service availability.
