What we are looking for:

  • You have completed a technical HBO education, preferably in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
  • You have several years of relevant work experience with automated logistics systems and/or machine construction.
  • You are creative and can think conceptually, with a pragmatic mindset and perseverance.
  • You work independently and have strong analytical skills.
  • You have a good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the supplier market is a plus.

About your role as a System Engineer

  • Develop innovative system solutions based on customer specifications and maintain direct contact with customers.
  • Organize practical tests to demonstrate how our solutions work.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal technical specialists to assess the feasibility of solutions.
  • Create creative concepts, quotes, and project layouts.
  • Make accurate cost and system capacity calculations.
  • Prepare attractive quotes for our customers.

You prepare system solutions, including quotes and cost-price calculations, and have frequent contact with customers about specifications. Additionally, you organize practical tests and work closely with internal specialists to assess the feasibility of the solutions. In short, a broad and dynamic role where you combine technology, commerce, and creativity.
