What we are looking for:

  • You are available for 40 hours per week.
  • You have completed an MBO-level education in a technical field.
  • You have experience and knowledge in electrical engineering and mechanics.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience working on-site, including abroad.
  • You are strong in organization and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English.
  • You are willing to spend approximately 25% of your working time abroad.

About your role as a Lead Installation Engineer

As a Lead Installation Engineer, you are the technical linchpin of our projects in Raamsdonksveer and abroad. You ensure that technical installations are completed within the set budget. You lead a team of technicians and subcontractors, assist with system commissioning, and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you are responsible for the administrative handling of the projects.

Your responsibilities as a Lead Installation Engineer

  • Execute projects at our location in Raamsdonksveer.
  • Execute projects at our customers' locations abroad.
  • Oversee all on-site activities up to and including project delivery.
  • Provide operational leadership to a team of technicians and subcontractors.
  • Assist with system commissioning.
  • Resolve mechanical and electronic issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining progress reports, creating schedules, and processing timesheets.
