About your role as a CNC Machine Apprentice

As a CNC Machinist Apprentice, you will learn the skills of the trade from an experienced colleague. You will be trained to become a skilled professional in machining, including CNC turning and milling. You will work with computer-controlled turning and milling machines and learn how to program and adjust them. During your apprenticeship, you will gain valuable practical experience while following a theoretical education. This combination of learning and working ensures a fun and challenging experience that prepares you for a successful career in machining.

Your responsibilities as a CNC Machine Apprentice

  • Setting up and adjusting turning and milling machines.
  • Programming CNC machines.
  • Selecting and applying the right tools for each machining process.
  • Reading technical drawings to machine products.
  • Performing quality checks on produced parts.
  • Carrying out maintenance on the machines.
  • Following a theoretical education alongside practical work.
