I am passionate about my work at Madern Automation (Raamsdonkveer), not because of what we stand for or the machines we produce, but because of the people. The expertise and maturity of our team drive the company’s growth. As a Project Manager, and I’ve faced tough times in business and projects. But, great colleagues make those challenges easier. The best part of my job is overcoming difficulties to see our customers smile at the end of a project.
Madern values our voices and ideas, letting me and others make a difference. I can be myself while helping to develop the business. Madern hears its staff. It uses our strengths and tackles our weak spots with training and help. This approach helped me take the next step in my career to Operations Manager, with continuous guidance as I settled into my new role.
