About your role as an Allround production employee

As an all-round production employee, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations. You support various tasks such as sawing, tidying up and keeping the work floor clean, packing and unpacking, and assisting our Technical Service department. In addition, you contribute to following up on actions related to safety and improvements, including those arising from the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E).

Your responsibilities as an Allround production employee

  • Performing general support tasks within production
  • Sawing materials according to instructions
  • Emptying chip bins and disposing of residual materials
  • Packing and unpacking reco’s and outsourced work
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly workplace
  • Assisting with maintenance and repair activities
  • Executing and following up on actions from the Plan of Action (RI&E)
  • Following up on points identified during safety inspections
