As a CNC Turner within the Madern Group, you work on high-quality precision components for various high-tech industries, such as the packaging industry, semiconductor sector, and medical field. You make a direct contribution to innovative applications, ranging from industrial cylinders to complex parts such as medical instruments. In this role, you combine craftsmanship with modern technology in a dynamic, high-end production environment.

What we are looking for:

  • A completed technical education at MBO level 4 (e.g. precision engineering, machining, or instrument making)
  • Experience with CNC turning and preferably with independently programming, setting up, and operating machines
  • Familiarity with modern CNC controls and machinery
  • Accuracy and a strong quality awareness
  • Passion for technology and machining
  • A flexible work attitude
  • Willingness to (potentially) work in a 2-shift system

About your role as a CNC Draaier

  • In this role, you are responsible for manufacturing complex precision parts and cylinders
  • You work with both standard and multi-axis CNC lathes, with and without driven tools
  • Depending on your experience, you independently program, set up, and operate machines
  • You ensure that products meet the highest quality standards
  • You work with a variety of materials and applications, making every day different

Your responsibilities as a CNC Draaier

  • Machining cylinders and fine mechanical components
  • Producing complex precision parts for high-tech and medical applications
  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes (multi-axis where applicable)
  • Working with modern machines and a variety of materials
  • Inspecting dimensions and ensuring product quality
  • Contributing to process and machining optimization
  • Collaborating with colleagues in a production environment focused on quality and precision
