As a technical service coordinator, you will work closely with the service account manager and together you are responsible for overall customer satisfaction. You are the first point of contact with regard to failures or line modifications and therefore you have a lot of contact with the customer (remotely, but possibly also on location). You also participate in the consignment service. This means that once every 8 weeks you will work a shift where you will provide telephone assistance.
