What we are looking for:

  • You are Lean Six Sigma certified and have hands-on experience implementing complex improvement projects, including changes in behavior and company culture.
  • You have strong knowledge of process optimization and the ability to get people on board with change.
  • You are flexible, service-oriented, and practical, with a strong focus on results.
  • You can work independently and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in improvement management.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully completing improvement projects.
  • You have experience with (ISO-9001) certification.
  • You have an HBO+ education level and/or the ability to work and think at an HBO/WO level.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About your role as a QESH Manager Vlaardingen

As our QESH Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our products, production processes, and operations. You will lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring everything from planning to execution runs smoothly. You will work across different departments to keep everyone aligned and guarantee that we meet our quality standards, including maintaining ISO certification. Additionally, you will manage the calibration of measurement tools and help oversee the safe handling of hazardous materials. Finally, you will be vital in promoting secure and healthy working conditions for our team.

  • Co-develop and manage QA and QC policies.
  • Coach and guide improvement teams, ensuring they use the right tools (such as PDCA) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Set up and present reports and analyses and evaluate the results.
  • Ensure we comply with various quality certifications (such as ISO 9001).
